Real estate in Sonoma Valley is going to get more interesting when this 1,000 acres site closes…what do you think should take its place? A new college? An affordable housing project? A Google-like new tech campus?
If the site must close, hopefully a good majority of the patient care services are maintained. In addition, the communities desired outcome for the site must be taken into consideration along with the well being of the wildlife that inhabits this area. When these aspects of ‘Transforming SDC’ are addressed, then the decision of what will be on the site can be determined.

I live on Loma Vista off Arnold Dr. Deeply concerned about the impact related to a closure of STC and development such as a community college. Increase in traffic, crime and competition for the limited resources we have already.
